2. Do Sundirect infrared panels require regular maintenance?
No. Sundirect infrared panels contain no moving parts, fans, or filters. Under normal operating conditions, only occasional cleaning of the panel surface is required to remove dust.
3. What happens if the thermostat receiver fails?
There is no need to replace the entire panel. If the thermostat receiver fails, we supply a replacement unit that can be installed by a qualified electrician in approximately 15–20 minutes.

7. What happens if one of the infrared panels stops working?
A Sundirect HOT STUDIO heating system consists of multiple independent infrared panels. If one panel stops operating, the rest of the system continues to function normally, and the studio remains heated.
The faulty panel can be replaced without dismantling the entire heating system, minimizing downtime and allowing the system to be restored quickly.
