A project for premises with increased requirements has been implemented
We take pride in a premium-class project completed in Latvia, where modern heating technologies and interior design come together to create a seamless, high-quality solution. In Riga, Old Town (Galerija Centrs), the MyFitness sports club has opened the first professional Hot Studio group training room in the Baltics, fully heated with Sundirect infrared panels.
The project includes the installation of 35 units of IC-900 Plus panels in black, ensuring stable and evenly distributed heat in a 180 m² space.
The heating system maintains a temperature of +37–38 °C — ideal for Hot Yoga, Pilates, and other intensive training sessions.
A challenge that became a surprise
When design is key, technology takes a back seat. How do you provide comfortable warmth in a historic cinema without it being visible, without disrupting the architecture, and without becoming part of the interior?
A solution that was perfectly implemented:
After the reconstruction of the “Straume” cinema hall, 11 Sundirect ART IC-1100 Plus series infrared heaters with UV printing, framed in elegant black frames, were installed in the historic Splendid Palace cinema in Riga. The panels organically blend into the interior, providing invisible, even and comfortable heat.
MyFitness chooses Sundirect for its second Hot Studio project in Riga.
The “MyFitness” sports club has opened its second Hot Studio group training facility in Riga, located at Dzirnavu Street 67 (“Galerija Rīga”), choosing Sundirect infrared heating for spaces with increased temperature requirements.
The project features 32 black IC-900 Plus infrared panel heaters, providing a stable ~38°C temperature — ideal for Hot Yoga, Pilates, and other intensive training sessions.
